Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Proven farm-management or agricultural-operations experience.
• Knowledge of crop production, livestock, machinery, and sustainable practice.
• Comfort with safety rules, environmental compliance, budgeting, and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to operational needs.
