West Sumba Public Library

The Public Library, situated in front of SMAN 1 Waikabubak, is a three-story building equipped with excellent facilities. What sets this library apart is its unique features, such as a relaxation area on the third floor where visitors can unwind in swing chairs while reading books. Additionally, the second floor houses a meeting room and several work desks equipped with laptops and adequate lighting. Despite opening recently in early 2024, this library has quickly become a popular destination, attracting numerous visitors. It is West Sumba’s largest library and operates from 8 AM to 2 PM daily, offering a conducive environment for reading, studying, and community engagement.
