Maringi Restaurant, a key component of the Sumba Hospitality Foundation, delivers a distinctive dining experience with its combination of a restaurant and bar lounge. A notable feature is the restaurant’s staff, who are students from the foundation trained by international chefs to create exceptional meals using hyper-fresh ingredients sourced from the foundation’s own organic farm.
