Waiwuang Spring
Waiwuang Spring, situated behind Waiwuang village in Hoba Wawi and approximately an hour’s drive from Waikabubak, is a captivating natural site in Wanokaka. This location provides a unique glimpse into traditional Sumbanese life with its three natural pools, continuously replenished by springs. A notable wooden statue of a male and female couple stands near one of these pools, adding to the site’s cultural significance. The first pool is off-limits to visitors and serves specific purposes. The second pool is a bustling local spot for bathing and laundry, particularly crowded in the late afternoon. The third pool is designated for buffalo bathing.
